Who we are
This website is operated by Earasers Europe, responsible for the sale and distribution of Earasers earplugs in the European market.

What data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you place an order or contact us:
- Name and address (for shipping and billing)
- Email address (for order confirmation and customer service)
- Phone number (optional, for delivery queries)
- Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not store card details)
- IP address and browser information (for security and analytics)
If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we store the contents of your message and your contact details to respond to and follow up on your query.

Why we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Process and fulfil your order
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates
